If you get a chance to visit the city of Metz in the northeast of France. You could visit the church of Saint-Eucaire which dated back from the twelfth century to the fifteenth century. This church is dedicated to the Bishop of Trier Eucaire III. The church of Saint-Eucaire was classified as a historical monument on Jan. 22, 1979. What makes this church special are the collections of custom crafted furniture used inside the church. The furniture is really beautiful with the rigorous design and silver colors. The metal and glass chairs seem perfectly blended into the environment. What do you think? Is this an appropriate interior design for the church?

This campaign ads brought by KarstadtQuelle Insurance shows a funny observation of the Chinese store signs. Did you know that the traditional Chinese medicine is considered as complementary or alternative medical system in most countries? Theses medicine practices have been developed over several thousands of years. In fact there are hundreds of treatment methods that can be used for each diagnosis such as herbal medicine, acupuncture and massage. What do you think about the store sign with the rhino “You sick? We repair!“? If I catch a cold, please remind me to see a Chinese doctor for a REPAIR!

This coffee mug is a new concept invented by Jason Farsai. Jason is from California and is currently in his last semester for Industrial Design. He loves spending his time focusing on innovative and stylish concepts. His creativity bring us this simple coffee mug that is exactly like a personalized homepage i.e. iGoogle or netvibes. I don’t know if this concept will make its way to the market one day but I like the idea! The Yuno PC Mug includes a touchscreen display wrapped around the cup. You can customize the content to your preferences by adding email, weather, traffic, stocks, comics, and clock. You can also choose your own picture to be displayed as a screensaver. I guess if I have this gadget in my hand, I will promote my blog on this hi-tech coffee mug!

I never expected a book of this kind from Guinness World Records, the world’s best selling copyrighted book. They are trying to expand their selection of books with this brand new Gamer’s Edition 2008. Why Guinness World Records has dedicated the whole book to just gaming records? One of the Guinness spokesman said “…because the gaming industry is too big to be contained in just a few pages of the annual book. As gaming records are one of the largest sections in the Guinness World Records database it only made sense to create the Gamer’s Edition to highlight the amazing facts and figures that have made the gaming industry what it is today.”
The release of this book is due on March 11, 2008 in the US for $19.99. I did my little research for you all and I am happy to announce that you can pre-order the book on Amazon for $13.57. Do you have a record breaking? Can you play Nintendo Wii with your foot? You can apply your new record breaking at gamers.guinnessworldrecords.com. Hope you will make the record!

Between the 42nd Street and Park Avenue in Midtown Manhattan in New York City you will find the world largest and very busy train station, the Grand Central Station. Over 500,000 people rush through Grand Central every day and nothing seem to slow them down. Except for one Saturday in January ‘08, commuters and tourists stopped to surprisingly notice people around them being frozen like wax people in the museum. This is the work of 207 agents from Improv Everywhere ; they were assigned to freeze in place for 5 minutes in Grand Central Station. Improve Everywhere is well known for causing scenes of chaos and joy in the public places. This video really ROCK MY WORLD! I hope you enjoyed watching the video as much as I did.
