Guinness World Records: Gamer’s Edition 2008

I never expected a book of this kind from Guinness World Records, the world’s best selling copyrighted book. They are trying to expand their selection of books with this brand new Gamer’s Edition 2008. Why Guinness World Records has dedicated the whole book to just gaming records? One of the Guinness spokesman said “…because the gaming industry is too big to be contained in just a few pages of the annual book. As gaming records are one of the largest sections in the Guinness World Records database it only made sense to create the Gamer’s Edition to highlight the amazing facts and figures that have made the gaming industry what it is today.”

The release of this book is due on March 11, 2008 in the US for $19.99. I did my little research for you all and I am happy to announce that you can pre-order the book on Amazon for $13.57.
