Schick Quattro: The Power Of 4

April 15, 2008 – 12:08 am | Written by KiwiPulse

Check out this ad campaign for the Schick Quattro shaver with the Power of 4 blades. What a clever idea with subliminal message integrated in each ad. I think each ad have a double meaning to it. For all three ads, the first message is that the shaver is extremely sharp with its powerful blades. Can you guess what the second message is for each ad?

Obviously…men look more attractive and sexy with a clean shave.

Obviously…ladies like to be hairless (maybe not ball!)

Obviously…it can’t be a complete job if the ‘pussy cat’ is not trimmed.

I like it a lot. Especially the hairless tiger looks like one of those naked cats. Nice arts.

Very intelligent idea. Great execution. Subtle messages that don’t make the ads look cheap in any way.

Great ad campaign. How did they do it? I wish I could come up with something like that for my company.
